Eggplants baked with cheese
Girls, I come to you with a very tasty eggplant. I was generally indifferent to them, but after cooking Bucerias, I have changed my attitude about it! Also, for all lovers of cheese and cottage cheese!


  • Eggplant

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt


Eggplant cut lengthwise, keeping the stem. Boil them in boiling salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Drain in a colander and allow to cool.
In a bowl, mix grated on a coarse grater cheese, cottage cheese, egg, parsley, Basil, garlic and dill, and spices. From the halves of the eggplant to remove with a spoon a little pulp and add it to the cheese mass, stir.
Stuff the two halves of eggplant cheese and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. Bon appetit!
