Ingredients

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Minced meat

    300 g

  • Flour

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Marjoram

  • Butter

Cooking

step-0
Grind onion and garlic.
step-1
Mix the minced meat with onion and garlic, add spices.
step-2
In boiling water add flour about 1/2 Cup, leave for a few minutes, just letting it sit. Knead nekrutoe dough.
step-3
And now the fun begins. divide the Dough into 2 parts. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.7 mm - 1 cm Mentally divide the cake into 4 parts. Filled with minced 3/4, just leaving room at the edges.
step-4
The first incision.
step-5
Cover the dough, close up the edges.
step-6
And so continuing in the same direction (!!!): we add, each time close up the edges, here is a cake for 1 quarter... This idea I once long ago saw in the net... author KiKis thank you so much... (but the dough and all the rest is my work)))
step-7
Now of the quarters form a ball.
step-8
Very careful not to squeeze the filling... roll out into a pancake...
step-9
... to a thickness of about 1 cm
step-10
Heated the pan... grease with butter... Bake for 1 min on each side over high heat, then low down the heat to medium and fry, turning occasionally until Golden brown with the lid closed, I got about 15 minutes... the time it is very difficult to say for sure... I was afraid that will not be cooked through...
step-11
That's such a lovely cake...
step-12
With a crispy crust... soft layered structure inside... mmm...
