Cheese soup with salmon
I remember I ate something like that in Finland, the farm dogs husky...

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    0.5 kg

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    4 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Water

    3 l

  • Dill

    1 coup

Cooking

Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Throw in the water and put on fire.

Carrots to grate and fry in butter.

Dice the cheese (it is better to cut with a wet knife, then cheese will not stick to the knife and the cubes will not stick together) and throw it in the soup.

Cut salmon fillet into small pieces, into small, but not much, and add to the soup.
