Cauliflower under salt-garlic sauce
I love cauliflower! For taste, speed of preparation and self-sufficiency! Offer you another simple, quick and very tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    500 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cabbage boil for 2-3 minutes. Cabbage should be raw. Drain and leave a Cup of broth.

Finely chop the dill and chop the garlic.

Fry flour with oil in a frying pan until a light nutty smell and a delicate brown colour. Constantly interfere, very easy to burn!

Brew the flour with the boiling cabbage water.

Add to the pan of yogurt, dill and garlic. Salt and pepper to taste.

If you can bake in this pan, - leave it. If not - put in a baking dish. Preferably in 1 layer. Bake in the oven until it will turn brown. It's about 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
