Cooking
For the marinade, mix the mustard, cinnamon, oregano and salt.
Meat rinse and wiping with a paper towel. Cover the table with cling film and put it on the meat. Spread the meat with marinade. Then cover the meat in cling film and put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, preferably overnight.
Carrots wash, peel and cut into strips.
