Cooking
1. These products we will need.
2. Beats the chicken to a thickness of 3-5 mm.
3. Sprinkle with seasoning for chicken. If there are no seasonings - salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
4. Make filling. RUB the carrots on a fine grater, squeeze out garlic into it, add sour cream and mix everything.
5. Cut the zucchini into thin strips, the thinner the better. I do it on a special grater.
6. Put on the Board a few strips of zucchini, they laid beated, and fillet the filling (as pictured). Turn neat, nice roll.
7. Put the rolls on smazany the pan with vegetable oil, sprinkle with seasoning and put into a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes.
8. The rolls turn out very juicy and tender, and zucchini covered with a beautiful brown crust. Bon appetit!
