Shrimp in a spicy sauce
These shrimp we tried in one of the Samara beer restaurants. We are so pleased that we took the waitress for the recipe. And now that my husband and want to treat yourself to a beer with shrimp, do so. Before, I couldn't find one ingredient and do without it. But I finally found this ingredient, and now I present to you this sauce in all its glory.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    8 tooth

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Tabasco

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Here's all you need.

Garlic puree them in a blender or finely chop (not through the press!!!). The pan heats, toss it in the garlic and fry for a few seconds without oil.

Add the sauces, salt, sugar and stir.

When it boils, put in the scampi sauce.

Attention! It is better to take fresh shrimp than frozen (or pre-thawed, so that the glass excess fluid). If they are frozen, it produces a lot of liquid. Will have to wait until it evaporated, that's how I got in this time (we usually buy fresh shrimp). This is a very long time.
