  • Starch

    10 g

  • The kvass wort

    100 g

  • Sugar

    15 g

  • Water

    120 g

  • Cream

    5 g

Cooking

For cooking we will need the wort

In boiling water add the sugar and mash

Potato starch dilute with cold water, stir until smooth and put into boiling mixture
