To prepare sour milk, we need the leaven of Orsik for fermented baked Milk and baked milk. The ingredients a good mix and leave for cooking for 6-10 hours at a temperature of 45-50 degrees. Put into the fridge for a few hours.

Boil coffee, favorite way (I poured about 2 tsp per serving of coffee in 150ml, give up the hat three times, then remove from heat and give a little stand). Coffee would be good to give to cool down, or you can add some ice. And be sure when you need to filter the drink through cheesecloth or tissue suspension are not needed!
Well then it's simple. Good mix up fermented baked milk, coffee and maple syrup. Maple syrup is SOMETHING. If you've never tried - try. If it is not possible - replace it with something sweet, but flavorful, any sweet syrup, honey (better then dissolve in the warm coffee), you can make sugar syrup by mixing 1:1 sugar and boiling water, to add something fragrant like the vanilla. Pour the cocktail into glasses and enjoy your meal!
