Cooking
Potatoes wash and boil in their skins.
Parsley and green onions chop. Onion and cut the ham into cubes and fry in butter.
Sauteed ham and onions mixed with parsley, green onions and cheese.
Potatoes cut in half, remove pulp and chop it in cubes.
Mix potatoes with ham and cheese.
All carefully stir, add salt and pepper to taste.
Fill potato halves received stuffing, combine halves, coat them in flour, egg and again in flour. Fry in deep fat until Golden brown.
