Cherry jam with chocolate
This is the favorite jam in my family! The cherry season is not over yet and I suggest You weld a small jar of jam to sample. But if the cherries You have not, you can cook any other fruit (e.g., plums), or from frozen cherries. In any case, this jam will not disappoint and will pleasantly warm You on cold autumn evenings!

Ingredients

  • Cherry

    400 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla

    0.25 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    70 g

Cooking

From cherries to remove bone.

Add sugar. Bring over medium heat to a boil.
