In January 2013, visited Prague and the Czech Republic very much! decided to cook the goulash, but all the recipes I found online were tomato paste (tomatoes), sour cream, and Czech goulash clearly, these ingredients were not present. With the help of Google translated the recipe from the Czech site. It was very tasty, this is the goulash we ate in Prague. I want to add that nobody can say what the goulash is correct and each hostess their secrets.

Cooking
Chop the onion cubes and fry.
Cut the beef (≈ 4 cm) and fry together with onion.
Add the paprika, salt, cumin, pepper, marjoram. Add hot water and simmer 2 hours (by pouring boiling water)
In 100 ml. of water with 3 tbsp flour and gradually add to the stew (if stew thickens, add more flour).
