Dumplings with apples
Though I am not Ukrainian, but curd dumplings, potato, Apple love. Great-grandmother always made Apple and then they was tormented with sour cream in a real Russian stove was a vkusnota indescribable! So, if you want to enjoy a delicious dessert, there are several apples – don't hesitate, let's make some Apple dumplings.

Ingredients

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    30 ml

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

I had 2 large Apple.

The dumplings are boiled in water, so put a pot of water on the fire until we make the dough the water will boil. Apples are cleaned from the peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add milk.

Separate protein and beat into a soft mousse it into a lush foam.

To the apples add the yolk, sugar, salt and protein mix.

Gradually we pour the flour (it took me less flour). This dough will not be thick, like a cake. The consistency is rather like a very thick cream.

Tea or coffee spoon, previously dipped in boiling water, picking up pieces of dough and drop into boiling salted water. When the dumplings float, cook them for another 1-2 min. don't forget to stir! Serve with melted butter or sour cream. For the sweet tooth you can sprinkle it with sugar. SAVORY!
