Souvlaki kebab with eggplant
This recipe is a godsend for the grill-summer season! Accidentally saw it in a Greek magazine "Test & style" is a little adjusted under themselves - replacing the brown sugar with soy sauce and adding garlic sauce for serving. Cooking frequently, though not always in nature, but in the oven grill turns out delicious! Try it!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

  • Garlic

  • Sauce

  • Olive oil

    100 ml

  • Paprika sweet

  • Cumin

  • Red onion

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    50 ml

Grinding meat skip through Mincer twice. Add the oil, onion and garlic, spices and breadcrumbs. Well and carefully knead until a smooth homogeneous mass. Put in refrigerator for 1 hour.
