Frozen yogurt with condensed milk
Very delicious ice cream with a rich caramel flavor. Consists mainly of yogurt, and therefore got this name. The consistency is something between ice cream and sherbet. Despite the fact that it's a recipe for ice cream (which I do not), large crystals were NOT formed and I don'T mix the ice cream during hardening. Small crystals still present, and this ice cream like sherbet. This recipe immediately got into the box of "my favorites" for ease of cooking wonderful caramel flavor and undoubted usefulness. Because yogurt is a wonderful source of calcium and protein, b vitamins, supports the immune and digestive systems.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk

    240 ml

  • Yogurt

    360 ml

  • Cream

    240 ml

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.125 tsp

Cooking

For this recipe, it is preferable to use a thick yogurt. To obtain a thick yogurt, take about 2 times more than usual and tilt it on the cheesecloth, with the excess liquid glass. It takes a few hours, it is better to put it to drain overnight in the refrigerator.

Ready yogurt whisk together with cream, vanilla and salt.

Add condensed milk and whisk again.

Pour into a container, which will tomorrowat, cover and put in the freezer overnight.
