In a blender or coffee grinder to grind 150 g of coconut powder.
Also to powder grind the sugar TM Mistral small.
Mix the sugar and chips to add a classic soft cheese, it may and mascarpone and Philadelphia or any other which you like. And mix well mass.
From the resulting mass with wet hands roll into balls the size of a walnut, in the middle of each put a nut (can be almond, hazelnut, cashew...) and roll the candy in coconut chips. Cool and store in the fridge.
