A salad of potatoes, beets and olives
This salad, which is essentially two main ingredients - beets and potatoes, has won the heart of our family with the first spoon! Very tasty! I will cook it again and again! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beets

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Olives

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

The potatoes (in their skins) and cook the beets separately. Cool, peel and cut into small cubes.

Next, mix all the seasoning ingredients and whisk with a fork or whisk. Be advised not to ignore. Except that the pepper is optional. I did not add it. I have a horseradish with beets!

Mix the beets and potatoes with the dressing and leave for 2 hours.

Two hours later, dressed with mayonnaise. To be honest, it's delicious already at this stage.

Serve with egg and olives. I thought it was okay, the egg classic! But olives is not the topic! But it turned out quite the opposite! Olives just great match with this salad. Next time, I'd rather not add an egg, but olives are a must!!
