Carpaccio of mushrooms
This salad is quite unusual as we rarely eat raw mushrooms. Promarinovalos, they stay crisp and absorb all the flavors of the sauce that gives us light and healthy dish.   • Lemon juice

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pepper green

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper
