Salad
Very easy, incredibly tasty salad. Did the daughter to the DR. All were delighted, granddaughter and only ate!!! For the recipe thank you and I bow to my friend from St. Petersburg, Masha Zaslavsky, a wonderful cook and wonderful person.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    250 g

  • Lentils

    0.25 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

  • Lettuce

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Lentils, rinse and boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and dry. Mix 2 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice and a small amount to fill the lentils. Onion cut into thin quarters of the rings and the garlic thin slices. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil until transparent.

From fish to cut several long thin strips for decoration, the rest of the fish cut into thin slices.

Cucumber cut in half lengthwise, and then crosswise into thin slices.

Salad pick by hand into pieces.

In a large wide bowl, gently and easily to mix salad, cucumber, lentils, onions, garlic and fish. Put on a plate. Spread on top of tomatoes. From the long strips of fish to roll roses and put on the salad. From top to pour the remnants of the gas station.

This is a very delicious and light salad. Mix it immediately before serving.
