Soup
A delicate soup of red lentils. First ate this soup in Turkey(1990), still doing it.... recipes took all the friends, girlfriends.. the soup is awesome... of course with lemon juice and spicy pepper chili (dry) Ratio is always made by eye, depending on the pan.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Butter

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

Preferably with the evening wash the lentils and leave to soak. Boil the lentils when the water is boiling, put the carrots and potatoes (I grate), salt.

Separately chop and fry onion (to gold. color),the garlic, put the tomato paste.

Spread the onion-tomato. the seasoning in the pan.

The butter melt in the pan, put the flour, get a good fry and season the soup. Mix well so the flour got on the bottom. Another 5-7 minutes to boil,on low fire. After the soup to blend. On a plate pour the soup, squeeze the juice of a lemon and sprinkle with red pepper (both to taste).
