Tea Indian yogis
Under this title was published the recipe for this tea in one of culinary magazine. The man wrote like this tea helped him become cheerful, happy and energetic)) Recipe reminded me of masala tea, but the cooking method is slightly different. So I decided to try and I liked it! Tea is really refreshing, and since I do not drink coffee in the morning is a very good alternative to coffee, and much healthier.

Ingredients

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    4 piece

  • Cardamom

    4 piece

  • Ginger

  • Cinnamon

  • Black tea

    1 tsp

  • Milk

  • Honey

This set of spices that we need. Whole cardamom I had and I replaced it with ground. Ginger can be taken as fresh and grate it on a grater and dry.

Whole spices and grind all the spices put in a pan, pour water and put on low heat.

Heated for 20 minutes, but not boil.

Remove from the heat. Add tea leaves, milk (optional and to taste) and allow to stand, covered for another 5 minutes.

Strain, pour into a Cup, add the optional honey and enjoy the wonderful, flavorful, refreshing and healthy drink. All good health and good mood!
