Cooking
If we boil vegetables in advance, then we will make the balls very fast! Herring also needs to be done at night, or simply the balls to put a regular fillet salted herring or ready to buy herring in Icelandic. I do, it's not hard and very tasty. So: vegetables, boil "in uniform", the egg is hard-boiled. Herring salted boil water 300 ml, put spices, sugar, salt, vinegar and cook for 5 minutes. Cover with a lid and let cool. Herring cut into pieces-fillet and pour the cooled broth, place in a jar, cover and put in refrigerator overnight.
Vegetables: beets, carrots, potatoes, leeks (onion can), garlic cut into pieces and put in blender. Add the soy sauce, KIKKOMAN (I took sweet), mayonnaise, black pepper and divide everything into a homogeneous mass. I don't add salt, enough for me soy sauce is inside and even herring.
We get such a mass. Balls of this amount products can get more. It all depends on how big you make the balls and how big a piece of that herring you put in.
Shape the meatballs that way. Egg grate average.
Coat each ball in the egg.
Spread on a dish for serve. Balls you can rearrange it to your liking. I offer you a muffin paper for cupcakes-great for buffet table.
Decorate on their own. I bulbs had the appearance of a Christmas tree balls topped with sliced olives inserted with a sprig of dill. So I formed a "suspension" for the ball. On a dish put the dill sprigs, red pepper balls on the Christmas tree sprig and cucumber, sprinkled a little chopped green onion.
