Zucchini with cheese crust
Another easy, quick and delicious recipe. A kind of vegetable chips. Eaten immediately, as seeds!

Ingredients

  • Seasoning

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

  • Zucchini

Zucchini cut into circles thickness of about 1 cm Fold in a deep bowl, add salt, pepper and paprika, stir up well to evenly distribute spices. Arrange the zucchini in 1 layer on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. I have a siliconised paper, so I did not grease anything. Plain paper will have to be oiled. Bake the squash until soft in a preheated 200 degree oven. It will take about 20 minutes.

While the squash baked, grate the cheese and mix it with breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs will give a crispy crust, the dish was filling and somewhat change the taste of the cheese.

Take out the pan, the zucchini put a cap cheese mixture with crackers and bake again to melt cheese. I still prefer a little skumanich. So delicious.
