Apple pie
I love cakes with apples, and this, from Izmailskogo pastry Shula Modan, just fell in love — delicious, juicy and very easy to prepare! Try making the basket in this way, I thought of it for themselves - simple, fast and very convenient, because not every dough can be rolled out and transferred to the form so as to obtain smooth and uniform edges, if useful, will be very happy.

Dough. Mix all ingredients and knead a smooth dough, roll into a ball and let rest for 15-20 minutes.
