Description
Not really for the lazy - it is not cooked :), but without the tedious process of grinding! This is a great way to please yourself and loved ones fragrant plum flavor. What could be better on a chilly evening with crepes or pancakes and as a filling in pies and cakes!
Cooking
Plum my, iterate through and remove the bones. In the water, fill with sugar and bring to a boil, put back our plum. Cook 30 minutes until tender (if the fruit is well ripe, the time should be less). Let cool a bit and Porirua hand blender, if there is none - you can use the grinder (with it even better twist plum still raw). As for me, with the blender is less hassle :-). Again put the mass on the fire, bring to boil, reduce fire and ovarium until tender. It will take about an hour (but maybe more - it all depends on drain).
