Tiny meatballs with tagliatelle
As sung in the song, popular in 70-80-ies: "I Love pasta, let say they are gonna kill me..." I again with the pasta, but rather with meatballs, which taste goes perfectly with pasta, the original recipe was watching Jamie Oliver. The recipe is liked, we decided to bring to life, and later wanted to introduce him to you - my precious friends on the site.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Chili

  • Cinnamon

  • Nutmeg

  • Garlic

    1.5 tooth

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

  • Olive oil

  • Tomatoes in own juice

Remove the zest from half a lemon, chop a chili pepper and in garlic cloves.

From the stem Basil tear off the leaves, and the stalk finely cut.

To prepare the meatballs mix ground beef with grated Parmesan, egg, lemon zest, finely chopped garlic and chili, seasoning with cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper and salt.

Will skatiem meatballs the size of a large hazelnut. Hands from time to time moistened in cold water, to meatballs turned out to be more dense and hold the shape. Put on a tray (dish) and put into the fridge while preparing sauce.

To prepare the sauce pre-shred the garlic in the same way as for meatballs. Then in a saucepan with a thick bottom olive oil, heated and lightly fry the crushed garlic, the stalk of Basil and chili pepper.

Add the tomatoes with juice and wine vinegar. Season with ground black pepper and salt, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low and stew for half an hour under the hood.

In a pan heat a little olive oil (amount of oil in the ingredients I pointed out approximately), place meatballs and podrumyanim them from all sides.

Then, carefully pour meatballs in tomato sauce, removing the chili pepper. Cover it and give out 10 to 15 minutes.

At the end add the Basil leaves.

Served with boiled (according to the instructions on the package) tagliatelle, which are dressed with butter. Pasta, of course you can use any. On top I decorated with a few Basil leaves and coarsely grated Parmesan cheese (this is optional). It was very tasty.
