Cooking
Boil the rice. To make stuffing: to the meat add the onion, scrolled through a meat grinder, eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup.
To the mince, add the cooked rice.
Mix thoroughly.
Roll into small balls and put them in the pan.
Add water, add a mixture of ketchup and mayonnaise.
Place in oven and bake 30 minutes, until it boils away the water, at a temperature of 220 ° C.
