Description

Green tomatoes stuffed with horseradish and garlic
A great snack, by the way, always on the holiday table. Perhaps one of the most successful recipes from my piggy Bank, and conservation engaged a long time ago:)) have not Yet met people who have these tomatoes were not to the taste.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Horseradish

  • Garlic

  • Parsley

  • Water

    1 l

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

Cooking

step-0
Tomatoes wash, dry and cut into 4 parts not to the end. Garlic finely chop. Hell chop (in the blender, quickly and without tears!). In the photo the fuck is not to pulp, and up to small pieces.
step-1
In one incision to put the horseradish, the other with garlic.
step-2
Spread into the prepared jars cut up, sprinkling parsley (as then some tomatoes manage to roll over - I don't know. But manage!) Boil the marinade (salt 2 heaped tablespoon), and fill the jar.
step-3
Sterilize 3 liters cans 30 minutes, 1.5 and 2 liters - 20 minutes, liter - 15 minutes. Roll up, leave without turning (this is important so as not to disturb the "beauty":))), wrap.
step-4
If you still have the "tainted" tomatoes or just had large banks of halves-quarters of the tomatoes just pour layers of garlic-horseradish-parsley. It will be no worse than the taste, though less "ceremonial". These banks can turn. "Abuse" jars you in a month!
