Secret chicken-2
Continue to share with you my "chicken secrets." The chicken turns out very juicy, flavorful and delicious, and, importantly, the time cooking takes much less than in the first embodiment, and it is immediately with garnish!

Mix butter with garlic powder.
Again, again, with a spatula, apply garlic oil all over the breast.

Vegetables - I have 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, some potatoes, and 1.5 small red onions - slice, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cover the chicken with foil. Bake in pre-heated to 200*Duhovke 1 hour.
Remove the foil, lower the oven temperature to 180*C. Grease the chicken broth and bake another 25-30 minutes until Golden brown. To not scorched wings and breast, you can cover them with pieces of foil.
Serve the chicken along with roasted and fresh vegetables and herbs, while eating meat, sprinkle with lemon juice.
