The recipe for this salad was shared by a friend of mine from Slovenia, and she, in turn, tried to have her neighbor, and she loved not only the recipe but also its originality. I share with you this recipe, my daughter liked it very much!

Here is the variety of food we will need for this unusual salad.
Of these products we make the stuffing for the balls.
Meat + eggs + cheese + breadcrumbs + mustard + horseradish + 0,5 parsley + salt and pepper is all mixed into a homogeneous mass.
From it to form little balls of the same size. A baking sheet greased with olive oil, spread on it the meat balls and bake at t200 about 20 mins (depends on oven)
While preparing the balls, prepare the sauce. Green onions to chop finely, sour cream mixed with yogurt and onions already chopped. Dressing to serve with salad. Optionally, you can season with lemon juice.
Begin to prepare the salad: onion cut into half rings.
I made the highlight - pickled onions in brine from the olives for a few minutes. It gave the onions a special flavor.
Paprika cut into half rings or your preference, I cut the stripes.
Olives cut into about 3 pieces, cherry tomatoes cut in half + the rest of the parsley - mix it all together. Here is a riot of colors work=)))
Chilled meat balls mixed with salad and let stand 30 min.
