The Soup
This soup makes my grandmother. I like him and now like my children. All very quick, easy and delicious. Why the name is? I don't know - maybe due to the fact that this soup has no meat...

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1.25 piece

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    3 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Butter

    20 g

Cooking

Boil eggs 15 minutes. Pour boiling water, put under cold water and always forget.

Carrots - grated, potatoes, cut into small pieces (as for a soup - lover), bulb clean - cut

Potatoes, onion put in a pan with boiling water. There add Bay leaf, pepper peas. Reserve is brewed.

Grated carrots with finely cut 1\4 onion fry in olive oil in your favorite frying pan and add in our bubbling water. Add salt to taste. All of this cook until the potatoes are done.

Minutes through 10-15 after the beginning of cooking, don't forget to remove the bulb - don't need it anymore (someone can use it for other dishes - I did not)

Remember about boiled eggs! Clean them from the shell (THIS is IMPORTANT), cut into pieces and add to soup. Put the butter In principle, if the potatoes are cooked, then this and the soup is ready. Usually served in a bowl, but if you're a bachelor - you can right out of the pan :) Bon APPETIT
