Bean soup with meatballs
Meat soup cook for a long time, I agree! But if you are not lazy and cheat mini frikadelki, you can cook the soup for half an hour! Yes, the beans used are ready (I like small), but can be boiled in advance. The soup is very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Bay leaf

  • Water

  • Zucchini

    4 slice

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    0.5 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

Cooking

First, put on fire a pot with water and salt and turn small meatballs of minced beef.

Throw the meatballs in hot water with a purified onion and Bay leaf.

Zucchini cleaned and cut into small cubes. Or grated

Carrots peeled and coarsely grated.

Saute the vegetables in vegetable oil.

At the end add the tomato without skin pieces. Stir a minute to heat and switch off.

The beans we sell are ready to vacuum package pound, but you can take a jar of canned (must have for any cook in the stock for soups and salads!).
