Lentil soup with sausages
Inspired by the recipe for "Soup with red lentils" from Anya (Anna_usa), which is very much my family, I decided to take into account the wishes of the husband-the presence of meat is a must!!! Came to the aid of a recipe that I found on the website of the online store of spice.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1.5 l

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sausages

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sundried tomatoes

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Beef broth I had cooked in advance. The lentils soak in cold water for 30 minutes.

After a time the water is drained, wash the lentils. Potatoes cut in cubes. In boiling broth put the lentils, tomato flakes and potato. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are done.

Meanwhile, onions finely cut, carrots grate on a coarse grater. In a pan warm up the olive oil for 5 minutes passeruem vegetables until lightly Golden brown. Then add to the pan sausage, cut into thin slices. Vegetables, with sausages a little fry, then turn off the fire and add to the pan finely chopped garlic clove.

Put ready zazharku in the broth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Proverjaem 5-10 minutes, then turn off the fire and give the soup to stand for half an hour. Serve soup sprinkled with chopped greens.
