This drink is my faithful companion in autumn and winter. It will strengthen the immunity in autumn rainy days, get rid of a cold and a headache, give strength and energy. And this is understandable, because the vitamin C contained in cranberries is almost the same concentration as in lemons and grapefruits; this berry is a great natural antiseptic. The value of the drink in the fact that it is not subjected to prolonged heat treatment, and this means that the vitamins enter the body unharmed)))

  • Cranberries

    50 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 cup

Boil water, cool.
