Chocolate-coffee cupcake
Due to the high humidity test, the cake comes out light and juicy, with the aroma of chocolate and coffee.

Ingredients

  • Coffee natural

    80 ml

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    130 ml

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    80 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

All liquid ingredients and sugar, beat until the sugar is melted.

Add flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt, beat again. At this stage you can add chocolate chips or other filler, but without them the cake is very good.

Pour the dough in a greased form (can be vystelit baking paper) and put in a hot oven (180*C) for 40-50 minutes. Readiness check cake with a toothpick – it is not quite dry, but relatively clean. The cake should be wet, not pereikite. The finished cupcake to decorate melted white chocolate, but any creams unnecessary.
