Chak-chak
Delicious crispy-crumbly Chuck-Chuck. To me this recipe was brought from Tashkent, lived there for a long time-served and have learned to do is Chuck-Chuck. On the website there are recipes, but... I would recommend this!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Vodka

    30 g

  • Honey

    0.5 cup

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Mac

    2 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

To put flour 3 egg yolks, salt, one tablespoon of vodka and mix. Add two proteins.

Knead the dough, put it to rest for 20-30 minutes.

Then the dough again, knead with flour. Roll out thinly, you can leave for 10-15 minutes, it will dry up a bit.

To cut the dough. I fold the paper in half 3 times, slit and cut. Do not stick together. (water in the test there's not stick together :-) ).

Fry in plenty of oil. They say the best oil for deep frying - olive. I've never tried it, Oh... All folded up in a big dish.

Prepare syrup. Sugar mixed with honey and heated. If there is no sugar – the caramel will not work, I guess.

When the honey with the sugar boils, pour the poppy seeds, mix well. To fill our fried worms. And while it's still warm, mix gently.

Place on a plate. Sprinkle nuts (optional). Wet hands with cold water, squeeze Chuck-Chuck and leave it to cool.
