Aligo
Vintage French dish Aligo please everyone, especially the kids - it can be eaten, is wound on the plug to stretch like spaghetti. Delicious and fun!!! And in fact, it's mashed potatoes with cheese - try it, it's very tasty. On the website there is a recipe Aligo, but my recipe some other ingredients, so as another version of this dish, I publish it as a recipe for the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

Potatoes wash, peel, boil until tender.

Cut into very thin and small cheese plates. For this dish I use the Epic cheese Belebeevsky dairy plant. It is made from baked milk, has high taste qualities, made from natural ingredients with no added vegetable fats.

Once the potatoes are ready, cranked meat grinder or smash it with a potato masher.

Next to mashed potatoes add sour cream in a little oil, chopped garlic, salt and heated on a slow fire, stir thoroughly.

Then gradually introduce the cheese slices and stir actively. This is quite a challenging process, have one person hold the pot.

10 minutes rotating until complete dissolution of cheese, as soon as Aligo starts here-so to stretch out - it's ready
