Meat patties with vegetables
Gentle, fairly light and very juicy meat patties with vegetables. Help yourself, it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    500 g

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Oat flakes

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    500 ml

  • Tomato juice

    100 ml

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Flour

It is desirable that the ratio of meat and vegetables was 1:1. Cabbage and onions grind in a blender.

Carrots, potatoes and garlic RUB on a small grater.

Vegetables overcome. (excess liquid in the meat we don't need)

Vegetable juice does not pour! It can be used for soups or sauces. (the juice you can pour it into moulds and freeze)

In minced meat add the vegetables, cereals. (grind or use a small cereal) Season with salt and pepper.

Carefully knead the minced meat and leave it for 15-20 minutes.

Tomatoes in their own juice grind in a blender, add tomato juice, salt, pepper, mint and Basil. (or your favorite spices-seasonings)

From stuffing to form patties, lightly roll them in flour.

Fry in small amount of vegetable oil on high heat just for a minute on each side.

Put cutlets in a baking dish (16*25 cm), cover with tomato sauce. The sauce should cover the meatballs completely, only halfway.

Bake in preheated to 180* oven for 30-35 minutes.
