Appetizer baguette
Stuffed baguettes on the website there, but some with other fillings. The recipe comes from gourmet magazine

Ingredients

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Ham

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Spices

Onions and dill finely chop, cheese grate. Cut the ham into small cubes. All combine, add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.

Using a knife, cut the baguette "the cap". With a fork to remove the pulp to make the boat

Fill the prepared baguette with filling, cover with the "lid", wrap in foil and leave for 15 minutes in the oven, heated to 220 deg.

Serve the appetizer can be hot and cold, chopped into pieces

For my taste, warm and crispy baguette is much tastier
