Lean Apple pie-Changeling
Vegetable pie "Taten". Attention, pie is a very spicy and flavorful! If you don't like these cakes, it is not for you! Apple pie lovers will appreciate this recipe: in this pastry and the filling is made from apples. Very fragrant!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

1 big Apple peel and seeds. Grate on a coarse grater. Add the cinnamon (the amount is correct by itself).

Add sugar, mix well. Brown sugar can replace white.

Pour in vegetable oil odourless. Stir until smooth.

The oven heated to 200 degrees. In a pan put 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp. of water or juice (I have orange). Bring to boil and cook on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Prepare form. I took rectangular, but round is better - a diameter of about 22 cm Pour the caramel into shape. 2 apples cleaned of seeds and peel, thinly slice and spread on the caramel.

Bake 35-40 minutes, I had to increase the time to 50 minutes as the batter was thick. Check the readiness with a match, it should be dry. Pie slightly cool, remove from form, flip onto a plate and serve.
