Cooking
Lentils, rinse, pour 2 liters of water and put on fire. Cook 20 minutes after boiling. Until the lentil is cooked, the potatoes clean and cut into fairly large cubes.
Onions and carrots to clean. Finely chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater.
All the vegetables we fry in vegetable oil. First fry the onion until transparent color, and then add the carrots and celery. In another pan cook until lightly browned potatoes.
Add the vegetables to the lentils. Season with salt, pepper, dried garlic, soy sauce and lemon juice.
Cook for 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are done and lentils.
