Recently watched a wonderful French Comedy "Crazy wedding" (original title Qu'est-ce qu'on a fait au Bon Dieu), where I spotted this cake. However, the name was mentioned quite politically incorrect - "nigger head". It, by the way, and gave me a huge interest and an irresistible desire to find the recipe and cook this cake. Interested? Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Yolk egg

  • Dark chocolate

Separate the whites from the yolks - the yolks we need for biscuits and proteins for the cream.

For the base cake I decided to make a regular shortbread, in my old notebook Soviet times it was called "For tea". The original cookie recipe is not found everywhere uses. Mix the egg yolks with sugar RUB.

Begin to whisk the egg whites, gradually adding powdered sugar. There are two classic cooking krembo vanilla and coffee. At this stage in the first case, you can add the vanilla sugar, in the second case, instant coffee (0,5 tsp). Either don't add anything like me, because my "head of a Negro" will be a small deviation from the classic recipe.

When whites will turn into a lush white mass, add gelatin and continue whisking until stable peaks. Put the mass into a pastry bag and sent literally 5 minutes in the refrigerator.

This time we will have enough to the middle of each cookie, spread 1 teaspoon sauce wild cranberries from d arbo. This ingredient is not in the classic crimbo.
