Salad
This is my favorite salad, always prepared on any festive table. Always goes BANG, especially in the female half! Suitable for those who are watching a figure or dieting, as a salad low in calories and has many vitamins.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Cabbage

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Pine nuts

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

White cabbage, Peking cabbage and lettuce "iceberg" ( I regrettably at this time not found and prepared without it) cut into strips.

Sweet pepper strips, too. Greens grind.

Avocado slice and sprinkle with lemon juice, not to dark.

Cucumber cut into strips. The pine nuts lightly fry in a dry pan until Golden brown.
