Cake
This cake combines cake and fresh berries with cream. Delicate yogurt cream (without gelatin) prepared in 5 minutes. My experiment was a success. Very fast, tender and flavorful! If You have a finished cake, then cooking a cake in 15 minutes!!!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    350 g

  • Yogurt

    270 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

Our products! Prepare the sponge cake, if it is not: it is Important that the dishes, which will whisk was clean and dry. I break 4 eggs into a bowl and cool in the fridge along with crockery. Our cream is ready, it does not separate and lasts a long time!!! I have 5 days with cake, the cream was gentle and persistent.

To cover the other half of the cake and press down lightly. Spread the remaining cream, smooth with a hot knife.
