Very tender, delicious cutlet of chicken breast with vegetables. The perfect dish to follow a diet.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

    2 piece

  • Semolina

    5 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Here are our vegetables. I took the leeks and zucchini. Vegetables grind in a blender. Do the stuffing of the Breasts. I took a little less than 2 chicken Breasts.

Vegetables and meat combine together. Add semolina, salt, pepper, other spices to taste.
