Description
Chicken breast with mushrooms in creamy egg sauce and cauliflower puree. Today I have two in one. I recommend the chicken breast in an amazing sauce: sour cream, wine and egg yolks. And as a side dish "merry" mashed potatoes. The preparation of these two dishes takes 35 -40 minutes. A very quick lunch or dinner. But how delicious!!

Cooking
Lightly fry a large onion.
On the onion put the mushrooms and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Onion with mushrooms - fillet. Sprinkle red pepper and salt.
While fillets cooked, make the sauce. Sour cream (or cream) mix with the wine. Add the egg yolks.
The sauce added to the meat with mushrooms and... try. If you need more salt, add sugar (who loves) and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes, until thick. If you find that the sauce is watery, don't worry. When it cools down, certainly thickens. At the end put the garlic and herbs.
Boil the potatoes with the carrots. Make puree. Add to taste pepper, milk or cream (or oil) and spinach.
Here and ready colored puree.
