A quick Easter cake without yeast
This recipe is for those who for some reason can't bake a traditional cake from yeast dough, I saw on one of the Italian culinary sites and slightly adapted to your taste. Preparing easy, affordable food, the result is gorgeous - fragrant, airy, slightly vlazhnovatoy inside the dough, and on top of a crispy crust covered with sweet and sour glaze! Highly recommended!

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    400 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • White chocolate

    75 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    450 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    40 g

Cooking

Cream cheese whipped with 100 ml cream.

Heat 50 ml cream and melt them in the chocolate, chopped into pieces.

Add melted chocolate, vanilla and brandy to the cheese mixture and beat well.

Beat the eggs to increase in 2 times and, still whisking, to introduce powdered sugar 250g. Beat for at least 10 minutes.

To combine the cheese and egg mass, mix on 1st speed of mixer.

Add the zest and mix well.

2-3 reception to introduce the flour, sifted with baking powder, stir with a spatula, and then quickly beat with a mixer on 1st speed. The finished dough comes off the blades belts.

Roll the raisins in 1 tbsp flour and combine with the dough.

Place the dough in the form of 24 cm in diameter, I have a pipe but can do without it, well greased with MARGARINE!!! and floured, filling 2/3 full. P. S. So I used the form with a pipe, I got 3 more pies!

Bake in preheated to 180"With the oven for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven!!!

Lemon glaze. In powdered sugar 200 g gradually add lemon juice, carefully rubbing the mixture with a spoon. Pour glaze the cake, placing it on the grill and having spread down baking paper.

P. S. the name of the recipe - Easter cake with mascarpone, because the original recipe used 500g of Mascarpone, but given that not everyone is available I was replaced by 400 g of Philadelphia (Alimente) + 100 ml of cream. Added white chocolate, zest, vanilla and brandy, replaced the chopped dark chocolate to raisins and an icing made of egg whites lemon. Very pleased with the result. Think. that recipe just made for those who work and do not have the time, and even for those who like to cook quickly and not very friendly with yeast dough. And then, it's very tasty, on the second day, the dough is exactly the same, well, until the third day, the cake just did not live!
