Grate cheese on a fine grater, add ground pepper (add more-the taste will be brighter). Try the cheese if salty, it is not necessary to desalinate.
Egg whites whipped in a solid foam.
Add the beaten egg whites to the cheese and mix well.
From the resulting mass roll into small balls (small walnut) and roll in breadcrumbs.
