Jam eggplant in Georgian
To surprise your guests, and the entire family, just cook the eggplant jam. Very original and interesting! Serve with tasty cheese to coffee or just like that, and I was served instead of sauce to roasted duck. Eggplant is better to choose small, without large seeds and add the walnuts, this will further enrich the flavor. I have a glass of 200 ml.
