This cottage cheese biscuits I once found in an old notebook my grandmother. I have already posted it in the diaries. But the request of friends spread in recipes. Very delicate, airy and delicious cookie!

Cooking
To the eggs add sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon (photo 2 eggs, just the yolk of one was large and spread out). This time I added 4 tbsp of sugar and 2 tablespoons brown sugar with cinnamon.

Pour oil in the curd, mix well and leave for 15 minutes.

For the glaze, I rubbed 1/3 of protein with 100 g of powdered sugar, put in a file and made a small hole. For the glaze need store-bought powdered sugar. Home is not suitable, as it will clog the hole I've found, and it may tear.
